Sure they can if they answer the ticket that fast and do that stuff for you. But guess what most web host don't. Most web host have control panels and they'd tell you to do it all.
If you want to talk about impressive... Natnet moved all my sites 50+ with scripts in 24 hours, how I wanted them sorted too. I've been with other host that are suppose to have awesome support and one took nearly a week to move my sites before, I only had about twenty then. Another took over a week so I said fuck it, I'll do it then.
Natnet installs anything you want, they've fixed my scripts that had problems very quickly. They installed ffmpeg, ioncube loader, yamdi, mencoder with h.263 mp3lame,lavc,lavf - h.264 x264,faac - vp6 flv, mp3lame,vfw,lavf all enabled in a "very short" amount of time. Along with a bunch of other stuff. The only thing that stumbled them was mp4box but they installed it before I could reply with the info for it.
My old web host had managed hosting and wanted $75 for them to install ffmpeg. I just did it myself back then but fuck why bother when nat net will do it for you? Not to mention their techs could do it quicker than I could. With my old host I'd been lucky to have it done within a day if they did it. With natnet? Done within minutes and no charge.
