Hehe!. Im actually amazed. Sometimes I put in a ticket and before I even get a chance to check to see if they are done, and am amazed things are done that quickly. Gave them a list of at least 8 things to do the other day and was done in less than 3 mins. lol I checked my email and saw they had sent an email and figured they needed some info, but it was done already. lol
