the US hasn't been around very long, really. got proof the US has killed the most people in friendly fire accidents? i wold like to know who holds that.
think about it this way. you're driving around in a war zone, being shot at from snipers in buildings. you hear what you think is gunshots, look up and see a flash. would your first thought be hostile, or camera flash?
nah, that couldn't have even been a possibility
