However, beating an unconcious body with your foot, fist and baton is not quality police work. It's "overcome with adreneline" fail.

Are you saying we should expect officers to all be this weak? Thats not acceptable. It takes a tougher cop to keep themselves under control than it does to kick your foot. Didnt you see the one cop trying to control his brothers right in the video? He failed. But he tried. I bet he still has a career too.
