yeah thats true and its unfortunate, thats why i said to bad they didn't discharge their sidearm in to his skull..
edit: also he would be back on the streets in no time anyways with the way your fucking justice system is, if you got drugs you get 20 years, if you run from police or get caught drunk driving you get probation and maybe 30 days house arrest.
