it's scientific proven that the brain takes a while to become effective at processing the THC... then your brain can slip into the "high" state more easily... like a meditative state... but it's also proven that THC affects different people in different ways... really it depends on how your mind works... essentially THC opens up your mind to a many different possibilities -- the good and the bad -- if you are not discriminating (and this is the real challenge) -- how will you improve yourself? Take this into your daily life -- how do you discriminate on what to think about -- and what to disguard...??? or do you even contemplate this process at all? If you don't -- then try to get on more nutritional diet -- get more cardiovascular exercise -- (essentially go into training to improve your mind) then smoke a little more and come back here -- read this again until you wake the fuck up out of your lazy fucking brain... -> "How will you improve yourself?"
