You're better off doing it yourself. The first thing a collection office has to do is give the "debtor" a chance to dispute the "debt", which I'm sure they will. Then the burden of proof is on you which can get pretty sticky since most have their build in "outs" right in their T.O.S. plus collection agencies are governed by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act because they are 3rd party collectors.
All they will do is call and send letters, (both of which are easily stopped), you can do that yourself.
