We can do 1 very cost effective custom theme per the exact specs you want and with the provided pre-sliced PSD you just slide a new header image in and you're done for each blog. We can also give you maybe 5-10-15 color variations of it so you can pick which matches the proposed site the best. We've done this for numerous clients before and could have it done in 24-48 hours.
