Since it is not my niche, and have been asked, I am wondering which are the best places to promote a new babe/model site?

There is a fairly large budget to be invested on this modelīs site marketing, so if you run any sort of authority site, feel free to post your resource ( or your friendsī, or you favorite! )
I was thinking about strategic ad spots, video submission to tubes, gallery spots, text links ( for both traffic and SEO ) , reviews, am I missing anything?
