In all fairness you ordered your shared account yesterday, Sunday, and our tech on duty responded to your ticket within 13 minutes to inform you that we did not have a server available. We said you would be up today when a new batch of servers were installed and you were sent your new account info earlier today.
My apologies for not having a server in stock yesterday, normally we do and shared accounts are setup within a few hours. However, give us a little credit for being honest with you... your account was still setup within 24 hours from the time you sent us your info and we do not charge you until your account is setup and you are happy.
