If you don't feel bad for kids being forced to bathe in garbage then you probably have no soul, and will likely never know about things like love and happiness, so i wouldnt worry too much about it  |
If it were me I think I'd sell any and all worldly possessions I may have and hopefully raise enough money to move my family out of such a shithole, maybe stow away on a tramp steamer to a place where people don't wallow in their own filth.
But that's just me.
