Most producers are more than happy to pay you for finding new and reliable talent. If you can recruit and manage sexy reliable talent, be honest with them and the producers, it will reflect nicely on you. Of course, if a model doesn't show or fucks up, or you lie about what she can or will do, that reflects poorly on you.
