The granny niche is VERY underserviced and she could make a lot of money if she plays it just right. Trying to look "younger" would only make her more common. Right now she has a unique look that can really sell.

I don't think she should make herself look younger, I think she should make herself look better for her age. When I do anything to my face as I get older I will not do it with the intent to make myself younger I will do it to make myself look great for my age. Not every woman who gets skin procedures done, do it to look younger. They do it to look great. The ones that do it to look younger are usually the ones who over do it and end up looking stupid!!!
On the other hand if she is going to really throw herself in this industry, then she should maybe go with grayer hair and put on glasses and start her own site. If the granny niche is that huge she could definitely be the top granny chick out there!!!
