I was kind of grumpy when I made that post so I apologize if I seemed a bit harsh. I'm really just trying to be helpful. It's our mantra to do things that are helpful to our clients. Stuff like CCBTools, ProxyPass, ElevatedX, Wowza that I have been seen 'promoting' I don't actually have a stake in. As a web site host I'm just trying to empower my clients with the knowledge and tools they need to be successful. Rather than compete on 1s and 0s or just price, it's my goal to add value as often as possible and have that be one of the differentiators for our service.
I think the best thing to do would be to do a demonstration of the product. I had one in Phoenix and was very impressed. Tanker and Elissa are the resident pros and I am sure they could do a more thorough job with a demo and explanation and perhaps conversation on the phone or over ICQ.
