Got in touch with that guy but found something fishy behind his story... He was selling a dating website too and told him I needed something more complex and when I explained him my project he offered to do it for me for 1K.... the average bid for my project on rentacoder was 5k from indians coders and 10-15k for americans company. Was too good to be true...
