Blasting caps are in pop culture. Hell, the simpsons had a blasting cap 20 yrs ago in an episode. Everyone knows the term blasting cap. Isn't all of this arm chair judging wildly off point anyway?
I mean, lets say the kid phoned in 20 bomb threats to 20 schools or whatever they say ok? Lets say he DID make those calls ok? Now then. Don't you think Barney Fife with no bullets in his gun could have "rounded up" the stupid punk ass kid? I mean come on. You need the PATRIOT ACT to deal with a kid making prank calls now?
