The only thing that would be taken out of proccessing fee is chargebacks.
the only upsell we have in the members area is cams and a sex store. which can be removed if its a problem.
Havnt thought about it fully but yes I imagine so. if they cancel the monthly charge they would lose the rebills. i think its only fair
