I don't know what is up with me lately, but I am having this weird thing where I just do not want to eat meat.
It started back when I stopped adding salt to anything unless a recipe called for it. I was a massively heavy salt user, and it's like without the salt, I just can't deal with meat.
Or certain kinds of meat, I guess. I can do shrimp and canned tuna. I used to LOVE grilled salmon, and that is a struggle for me.
Beef and chicken...I just can't handle the texture. I thought yesterday that I didn't even care if I got my grill out this summer or not.
