At the end of the day, while some jokes and tee hee's are allowed, these forums are for members of the adult industry to remain informed, buy and sell wares, and do business. Same as Xbiz and the rest.
I like Franck as well, but most of the people banned and on their way to being banned for stalker bullshit have more than earned it. If you do not like someone, their threads, whatever. You should be an fucking adult and put them on ignore and stop posting in their threads.
