Nickelback or Linkin Park...probably Nickelback because Linkin Park's actually made a couple songs I don't hate.
Also, whoever thought 311 sounds like constant whining needs to listen to Linkin Park or every emo band ever. 311 is actually pretty good if you get past their radio songs.
