Unfortunately, that doesn't mean as much as many people think it does. If human factors do have an effect, all this tells us is that we have a little longer to fix shit up before the shit hits the fan.
The important thing right now are not absolutes, but relatives.
If you describe the original situation as
T(next year) = T(this year) + N
where T is the temperature and N are the natural variables, the situation including human influence (H) would be
T(next year) = T(this year) + N + H
Obviously, if 1) H does exist and 2) H is always positive, this means problems in the long run if there are no auto-balancing factors within N.
