Oh by the way the reason why people's home values are falling is not because of Obama it's because they were OVERVALUED to begin with. It's an ADJUSTMENT. So people didn't lose ANY home value beause their homes should never have been valued that high to begin with.

You are confused. Socialism is autocratic, not Democratic. Socialist districts may never return to normal. Socialist groups re-district to preserve their power, for one example.
Socialist programs such as the Community Re-Investment Act (which forced banks to make bad loans) caused housing prices to become disconnected from underlying values. When they crashed, the economy did also.
In Great Britain, punitive socialist taxes punish entrepreneurs with high tax rates, but reward property speculators with lower taxes. The result? The result is disaster. Highly unstable speculation, and little real economic growth put the economy on the edge.
