The biggest problem is programs don't protect the property they own. And they don't like the way the law is written, but absolutely do nothing, ever, not even once, to try and get it changed - other than bitch. And finally, the fact that Webmasters try to think for surfers and have no fucking clue what they are thinking when they visit a tube.... or why they do.

I try not to judge a tube or search engine at that, without proof. I know first hand tubes buy content and I know people like me and 100's of others, lic them content.
Again, I have no idea if it is or isn't pirated - just saying I try not to make that call without proof first.
