I use <a href="http://click.dtiserv2.com/Click/371-99-us171">DTIserv</a>. I used them for a few days back in Jan and was fairly unimpressed with the conversions.. wasn't till i checked back in Feb and found 70% of them had recurred I started promoting them more hardcore..
Haven't had as much luck with them with Korean traffic.. seemed to go ok initially but has fallen off.
