I'd say tubes are worse for those worrying about pirating. With file sharing host you'd have to download several files then unzip or unrar them. You need some patience to use them, it's not instant. With tubes you have the video right there, instantly ready to go. Don't like the video? No worries there's a million more right there ready to go at a click of a button. Any moron can click a button and make a video play. Also rapidshare and other filesharing host like it cost money unless you want to go through a lot more waiting and trouble.
