Oh absolutely. When she called the guy a 'crybaby' when he asked for his own money, that was extremely kind and heartwarming. Ridiculing someone publically after ignoring his multiple requests week after week when asking for his payment is VERY sweet and comforting, I almost shed tears. All affiliate reps could learn a thing or two.
