but in this video it seems like the reporter and cameraman are pulled over on the shoulder of the fast lane. Seems pretty reasonable to have them move off the shoulder, as they are in a super dangerous place. Cops end up seeing the result of people "seemingly innocent" mistakes like this. If the reporter got smoked by a semi people would be asking why the cop didnt remove the people, you could spend all day asking people nicely and explaining why things need to be done . With that being said he was a tad aggresive in his approach.

Simply put the cop has enough on his hands that he now does not need to worry about them getting hit.

This guy is trained to deal with emotions and scenarios like this from day 1 in boot camp.
He obviously missed class many times.. I say fire his ass, He dont have what it takes.

Its a frikin highway with cars. Do they need another accident to deal with when the cameraman's truck gets hit from some spaced out driver not paying attention to the road.

Right, Because if it did as a result of the cop letting the guy stay, he would have been sued for it.
Its simple. You walk up on the Scene of an accident or a crime and the police tell you to leave, to not do so, is " Failure to Obey a Lawful command " They dont need to tell you why. When the cop told the reporter to put his hands on the truck and leave them there the guy seemingly pulls away at one point. thats " Resisting Arrest without violence" And stopping his truck on the raod to " INTERVIEW PEOPLE??? Come the fuck on. thats just stupid.
