Look, it all comes down to this:
I'm willing to work my ass off and apply my talents to make you guys some coin as well as myself.
All I ask in return is to drop some knowledge on me, so I can put it into the right direction. Thus, making more money for everyone involved.
Yes, I have a couple of original ideas, one I'm working on right now.
