When we moved our servers back in February we had to setup new DNS's ahead of time, create a page announcing we were down for a few hours, then physically move all of our servers. Customers saw "Sorry, busy, back soon" message and nothing more.

I know Verotel's in the news lately but I've met a few of those guys in person and they're all GREAT PEOPLE. Regardless of the disagreements that some are having with them, they don't deserve to be trashed on the boards.
wow because you have met them in person and they are great people means they may not be in trouble?



how many people thought the guys from paymonde were great people

this is a PROCESSING company and thus are to be held to a higher standard
