People are nice. It's a safe city ( I think we had like 33 murders last years ).
People are open minded to other cultures.
This is for Americans ( and Western Canadians) : French will always be nice to you and treat you with respect, especially in stores and restaurants. Unfortunately, it's possible you run into an asshole but it's an exception because like everywhere else, there's always a low % of low life losers.
If I go to the US and have a bad experience in a restaurant, does this make every americans assholes?
