I shoot a few hot young moms - Violet had a kid at 17 and was working for me at 18. Same issues with the tummy and it's actually pretty easy to work around. Cute little halter tops, tube-tops, t-shirts, and skirts do wonders and seldom look out of place. The camera peeps need to be aware as do her acting partners but done right, you can make these nasty young moms look like gold.
