No one, I mean no one was better with helping newbies than Pete the Fly. He had this gift.
May be hard to believe but he at one time was the one youd wanted to talk to when starting out simply becasue he was so patient down to earth and willing to help. Not sure if there is in this day in age anyone like him anymore.
Most helpful person around when it came to getting me started.
In fact he was the one that got me started some 4 years ago.
I can understand why he doesnt like newbies anymore though.
Ive probably helped dozens of people start out, guide them help them, teach them. Take a lot of time. It hasnt ever paid off.
In fact some of the people who I helped start out are much more successful then me bigger, better, larger. And they all but give me a silent fuck off now days when I even try to talk to them.
Strange.
It doesnt pay off. Waste of time to help newbies. They never come back 3-4 years later to thank ya, in fact they go out of thier way to ignore ya.

That's why you have them sign up under you. You still bank, regardless if they're social skills are apt or not.
All I'm saying, personally, is that there are a few key things I believe in, and loyalty is one of them.
Why should you neglect the possibility of personal profit based on someone else's behavior?
Why stigmatize the hybrid in such a manner?
