would a "disclaimer" have saved her from this even going to the courts?
example, I have seen on some other boards, including 4chan, a disclaimer that says something to the effect "The stories and information posted here are artistic works of fiction and falsehood.
Only a fool would take anything posted here as fact."
would having such a statement in one's signature be a powerful defence against this kind of action?
