If it was just straight out bashing and attacking TMM/NATS, I think 90% of that thread could have been sued... Some people went way off... That's why I think this is something different all together.
And "IF" I'm correct, I can understand what they are doing - maybe this is how they are trying to find out who it was. But if not, I would have to agree with you. |
Yes it was a blood fest on the boards. I remember that. However, if you step back and look at things, IF personal data was at risk or someone from the inside caused it, and at the time how did anyone know it was not, there was just cause for the blood. After all, we only have TMM telling us there was no data leak, and I hope there was not, but if there was I honestly don't know if we would know about it or not.
I'm not sure how much in damages they are going to get from a blogger, but they could have gone after some much larger fish who were bad mouthing them on the boards if money is what they are after.
