If it was just straight out bashing and attacking TMM/NATS, I think 90% of that thread could have been sued... Some people went way off... That's why I think this is something different all together.
And "IF" I'm correct, I can understand what they are doing - maybe this is how they are trying to find out who it was. But if not, I would have to agree with you. |
I agree. I remember the posts too and they were WAY out of line. TMM is doing the right thing here. Everyone can have opinions of course but when opinions are stated as "facts" and then repeated again and again in attempts to discredit a company or individual, without any regard whatsoever for the truth, thats when its time to bring it to a judge.
