Pretty sure the guy in the first video wasn't Shep and LOL at him in the 2nd video...oops! Amazing he didn't break out laughing from that.
Edit: Nevermind, apparently that WAS him. Wow...I've been forced to watch enough Fox news by my drone republican mother that I've seen him plenty and that's very unlike him - he's usually pretty smooth.
