I don't agree about the linktrades and creating sites.

I am fortunate to have a nice group of trusted webmasters I do quality hardlink trades with, and the benefit has been amazing. Haven't bought a link ever, and still manage to find great trades and my sites all make sales with not a lot of effort. I think its the people I mingle with and being in this industry for 8+ years, plus the fact I have helped a ton of webmasters as newbies .. many who are good friends and are doing well now.

While "bro" isn't the word, the industry is actually starting to solidify into smaller groups of like minded webmasters. The douchebags congregate in one area, newbies at other places, experienced and honest wm's other places ... its all groups. Thats kinda why we decided to start up newbie wm training again, getting like minded wm's and working towards a common goal .. it has always worked wonders. Making $ is as easy today as it was a few years ago, just the goal posts have shifted a little.
