I have stumbled across a full service professional company complete with lawyers, accountants, and merchant banking professionals. They are handling my NEW iBill requirement to register in the United States as per VISA.

They are charging me $1500 for the year to maintain an office, establish internet acessed bank accounts complete with wiring capailities, and they know EVERYTHING about the VISA and MasterCard programs. They have even told me some stuff that some of the processors have not told me, re: the programs.
