Looking for a few ideas, have a couple of sites that I'm wanting to get some revenue from, they are Tube search Engine sites, which are currently attracting around 700K Unique views / 6.3M page views monthly. around 65% of traffic is from north America / West Europe.

The trick is to keep the direct traffic(around 40%) by keeping the sites quick and the user experience, so not too keen on loads of iframes and/or popunders.
