If a Mexican place did not have Carnitas, I would not eat there unless they were just a specialty vendor of one type of food. Do people actually have Mexican places that do not have Carnitas on the meat menu in SoCal?

I am not sure what to say or guess what it is. Guessing a couple taco's with way to much guacamole on them plus lettuce, and perhaps nachos with a shit load of guacamole and sour cream?
