Roomates sucks when I was younger probably had 7 different roomates and only was really cool. If I hadnt moved out of state I could of been roomates with him for a long time. You have to set up rules before you sign a the lease. Tell her to have him watch the kid at his mothers house also that having all his friends over isnt it going to work for you.Also if they are smoking dope in the house next time they are nasty to you ,dont say anything go back into your room and call 911 say their are these guys who are with my roomate smoking dope in my house and I am scared for my safety .The local police will do the rest and the problem will stop pretty quick. I personally would rather live in 150 sqft apartment alone then it 2000 sq ft with roomates. People tend to suck by nature and its like a relationship so moving out is a pain in the ass.
