maybe not to you, but there is someone that can turn it into something very profitable. It has the age and it just needs someone that will make it into something great.
The reason that I'm selling is to help pay down a debt that's killing me on a monthly basis so it the sale benefits 2 people. I know that there are many that will say that it's not worth $1000. Everyone has their own opinion so I don't take anything as an insult or anything bad.
