You couldn't be anymore correct Raf1.
Being that this is a business there is so much more that goes into it than just hiring some random person that sits at home and offers their services although those sorts of people are still out there and available but you run a risk of hiring someone who is not always reliable. Hence using me. Oh how I love to be used. LOL
