There are are course certain specific uses which could be OK under
trademark law, but I hesitate to mention those because so many people
seem to think that you can just CLAIM to be doing X when in fact you
are doing Y. Just like so many people seem to think you can just call
an employee an "independent contractor" and avoid employment taxes.
No, if they are in fact an employee you have to treat them as an employee,
you can only call them a contractor if they really are a contractor.
With that said, there are many ways to use it without running afoul
of trademark law, such as parody - your videos are poking fun at all
the old guys using Viagra. You'd need to actually have something funny
on the site, something to make it an actual parody of the Viagra generation,
rather than just claiming tat your generic tube site is parody.
