My nutritionist broke it down like this..
"They give those hormones and steroids to those cows so that they become a big fat cow.... do you want to eat those and become a big fat cow too?"
Its believed that young girls are maturing earlier.. and little girls have PCOS more because of exposure to all the growth hormones in meat...
I'm not as vigilant as I was.. say a year ago... but I need to get back to straight organic.
