Let me expand on what I posted before about what sites need to do to get members back. Regarding content.

If I want to watch two or more anonymous people fake sex on a sofa or bed there is absolutely no reason to buy it. The Tubes are full of these scenes and the benefit of them over a paysite is they have the scenes shot by different people, places, ways, styles, etc. So if I don't like the way one scene does it I can go to the next. Or the next. There's no point in joining a payite.

If I join a paysite it has to be for a reason. I have to want to watch the scenes every day, or at least 2 times a week. I want to see something that has personality, identity and individuality. But I don't want 50 or 100 scenes all with the same personality, identity and individuality. Because they then just turn into one scene. Different girl, sofa and cock, but the same scene. I'm buying a months entertainment.

Look at video samples on tours and ask yourself if the content is just different girls or different scenes? In the right niche, style and genre.

Yes there are sites that do it well, but how many and how many churn out porn scenes like they were filling shelves?

We're often selling a month membership. To get a repeat customer coming back month after month we have to have a product he wants to buy because it fills his needs. We have to have sites worth a months membership.

I am biased, I want to know who the girl is, why she's doing this, what she's getting out of it and I want to know she is fucking for real. I don't want to see a girl walk into a room and after the shortest preliminaries start to fuck and fake it as well. And if I did want that I would be finding 100s of scenes just like it on a Tube site.

Yes if you produce porn like this it will get stolen, but at least you have something unique to protect. Sending DMCA's is worth it, because the surfers who are into this style of porn can't get it or be bothered to search for it on a Tube site.

To sell something you have to have something worth buying.
