I lived out in SA from the age of 2 until we went back to the Uk just before my 18th birthday
I loved the place and I know its not as fucked up as Kenya but yeah I saw some pretty nasty shit, The trouble is, is when you actually live in a country like SA you dont realise how bad it actually is, I thought is was the "norm" because I was so young when we went over there. It wasent until I came back to the UK I realised what a fucked up place we were living in. One thing that I couldent get over for a long time was seeing policemen without guns over here in the UK
