Man, if you take that div out it validates, there are not 3 errors, just one that causes the other two, and everyone can make a mistake. I'd check for errors first myself, but it's not like the end of the world. Obviously the guy is trying to promote his services and there's nothing wrong with that, he's doing it by providing some kind of freebie or example of his work.

btw, I remember a thread where you were trying to sell some CSS designs and a lot of people attacked you. I didn't like that at all, I understand this is GFY, but still. However, now you do the same to someone else? Way to go...
