I admitted there was an extra closed div tag, but if that's really all you got.. because if you take the time to check, that will eliminate all the errors.
and I have no idea what you are running the css through to get those color errors but that is really hilarious. What should I be worried about there? A little redundancy at the worst case. Remember, this is a template so people can easily customize it.
I never claimed it was the holy grail of XHTML/CSS perfection.
