here is a tip

if you can't send at least 10 signups a day to your paysite from the get go you stand no chance.

my advice:

try finding a sponsor similar to your idea and see if you can send them sales on a regular basis this way you will have the traffic ready to buy your stuff once it's up.

also a site with 10 exclusive scenes is not much of a site. expect to see a shit load of cancels unless you also have some extra interesting stuff in there...
